Attendee and Exhibitor Registration
Online Attendee and Exhibitor registration is open!
Attendees will be provided instructions to sign-up for specific sessions.
This will assist us in planning for adequate room sizes and help our presenters know how many attendees to anticipate.
This is optional, but strongly encouraged, and can be completed separately from conference registration.

Don’t forget to click the Session Sign Up link in your confirmation email and complete the form by October 11.
Attendee Registration Fees
Early Registration ($200.00) – Ends October 10th!
Single Day ($100.00)
Student Rate ($75.00)
Parent Rate ($100.00) Parent of child with disability not already attending in professional role
Online Registration will be available for $230 until October 22nd.
Onsite Registration will be available for $230. No online registration will be available after 10/22/2025.
Preferred t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after September 26th.
Exhibitor Registration Fees
Exhibitor (Non-Profit Rate) ($250.00)
Exhibitor (Corporate Rate) ($500.00)
Exhibitor Deadline: October 10, 2025
Cancellations:
Registrations canceled on or before September 26, 2025 will receive full refund of payment received.
Cancellations made between September 27 and October 10, 2025, will incur a fee of $50 – deducted from refund amount of each registration canceled.
No refund will be permitted for cancellations on or after October 11, 2025.
Transferring Registration to Different Attendee:
Registration may be transferred to a different attendee through October 22, 2025, but no transfers are allowed on or after October 23, 2025.
