Conference Registration


Early Registration – $200 (through October 5, 2026)

Registration – $230 (October 6-14, 2026)

Single Day – $100.00

Student Rate -$75.00 (not already attending in professional role)

*Parent Rate – Free during Early Registration, $100 after October 5, 2026

*(Parent of child ages birth-five with delay/disability not already attending in professional role)

No online registration will be available after October 14, 2026.

Onsite Registration will be available for $230.

Preferred t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed after September 18, 2026.

$500 per booth or $250 per booth for non-profit agencies. Fees include a table and two chairs per booth.

One complimentary registration to the conference is included with each exhibitor registration.

Internet and power are extra and are handled through the hotel. Exhibitor booths are open Monday and Tuesday only.

Registrations canceled on or before September 18, 2026 will receive full refund of payment received. Cancellations made between September 19 and October 5, 2026, will incur a fee of $50 – deducted from refund amount of each registration canceled. No refund will be permitted for cancellations on or after October 6, 2026. Registration may be transferred to a different attendee through October 14, 2026, but no transfers are allowed on or after October 15, 2026.
